TripRaj India provides car rental and car hire services including, but not limited to:
- Local car rental
- Airport pickup and drop
- Outstation travel
- Corporate car rental
- Long-term car hire
All services are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from TripRaj India.
- TripRaj India reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking in case of incorrect information, unavailability, or operational reasons.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary based on vehicle type, distance, duration, location, tolls, parking, and driver allowance.
- Any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, interstate taxes, night charges, or waiting charges shall be borne by the customer unless specified otherwise.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original payment method.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
5. Usage of Vehicle
- Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.
- The customer shall not permit driving by any unauthorized person.
- Overloading, rash driving, alcohol or substance use during travel is strictly prohibited.
- TripRaj India reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in case of misuse or violation of terms.
6. Driver & Duty Hours
- Drivers will operate within permissible duty hours as per company policy and local regulations.
- Any extension of duty hours may attract additional charges.
- Driver meals and accommodation (for outstation trips) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise mentioned.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
TripRaj India shall not be held responsible for delays or service disruptions caused due to:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Road conditions
- Natural calamities
- Government restrictions or strikes
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must carry valid identification during travel.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer due to negligence or misuse shall be recoverable from the customer.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. TripRaj India is not liable for loss or damage of items left in the vehicle.
9. Limitation of Liability
- TripRaj India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the service booked.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of TripRaj India and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Customer data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer information.
12. Modifications to Terms
TripRaj India reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
